I am an author of books on food and drink, write commercial copy for a range of industries and help develop brands during all stages of their journey.
A good proportion of my time is spent directing and styling shoots for producers, brands and publications. I specialise in food, drink and outdoor lifestyle. Over time I have found myself facilitating brand partnerships.
I have contributed words, and recipes to The Guardian, the Observer, The FT Weekend Magazine, The New York Times, The Sunday Times Magazine, The Telegraph, Waitrose Weekend, Waitrose & Partners Food, Vogue, Mr Porter, Sainsbury’s, Olive magazines, amongst others.
